The UFO (Unfinished Objects) challenge is a great way to
motivate yourself to finish your PHDs (Projects Half Done)!
The challenge will start anew each Quarter beginning in January 2024.
Each time you finish a UFO, you will notify the UFO Challenge Keeper which UFO you finished, and your name will be entered into the drawing for a prize at the end of the Quarter.
For example, if you want to enter 3 UFO projects you INTEND to finish, then you would list 3 projects on the registration form. If you finish 2 of those, your name is entered into the drawing 2 times. The more UFOs you finish, the greater your chance of winning!
CLICK HERE - Rules for eligible entries
You must complete the registration form listing each UFO you INTEND TO FINISH during that Quarter.
NOTE:
The registration period opens one week prior to the first Guild meeting of the quarter and closes one week after the meeting.

"Wave Tote"
With Connie Williams
In this workshop Connie will take us through the construction of the Wave Tote. The tote has 4 deep pockets and is constructed using Soft and Stable to give it enough body to stand up on its own—which also makes for some tricky construction.
The tote may be made with either a pieced border or a band border along the bottom—or just extend your main fabric to the bottom edge.

"Pine Valley Christmas"
I will be teaching the Pine Valley Christmas Quilt from the pattern by Maple Cottage Designs. This quilt is easy and is a fun quilt to make. The trees are very pretty, but the red barn makes a very striking accent. The quilt is very similar to a quilt I made with a few modifications which I will share in class. The pattern calls for Light, Medium and Dark Green fabrics for your trees. My trees are all made with scrappy fabrics in different Christmas colors. It is your choice which colors you want to use. I hope we will be able to get most of the blocks made in class, depending on which size quilt you choose to make.
